Requirements
- β’7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and impact, particularly in mobile app experiences.
- β’Proven ability to lead design direction for large complex product areas and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- β’Strong UX and visual design skills.
- β’Track record of solving ambiguous problems with clarity and elegance.
- β’Advanced prototyping skills.
- β’Ability to communicate complex interactions and ideas effectively.
- β’Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making at a team or organizational level.
- β’Strong systems thinking.
- β’Experience contributing to or evolving design systems at scale.
- β’Ability to mentor and elevate other designers through feedback, collaboration, and example.
- β’Data-informed mindset balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- β’Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
