## What you'll do

• •Lead end-to-end mixed-methods research.
• •Plan, design, and execute full-cycle research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• •Deliver robust, timely insights aligned with product milestones.
• •Communicate insights in compelling ways tailored to different audiences.
• •Establish and evolve research best practices and processes.
• •Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and Engineering leads to define research questions.
• •Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• •Champion user-centered thinking in planning and prioritization forums.
• •Work across product lanes to uncover shared user needs and systemic UX issues.
• •Contribute to a Continuous Discovery program.
• •Mentor and support other researchers and cross-functional partners.

• •7+ years of hands-on UX research experience, including 3 years in a senior or staff-level role.

• •Ability to translate nuanced data into clear recommendations.
• •Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• •Strong collaboration skills with Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
