Superintendent

Hut 8 seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities at their data centers, focusing on AI, Colocation, Cloud, and Bitcoin Mining.

## What you'll do

• •Lead all on-site construction activities from ground break through execution
• •Direct and oversee daily field operations for assigned projects or work areas
• •Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades
• •Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity
• •Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems
• •Enforce strict safety standards, ensuring full OSHA compliance across all site operations
• •Manage daily reporting, including manpower, production tracking, safety observations, and site conditions

• •Proven experience supervising large-scale commercial projects, data center related projects preferred
• •Strong background in heavy civil, underground utilities, and MEP construction
• •Experience working with General Contractors and coordinating across multi-tier project teams
• •Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and production-driven execution
• •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams
• •Hands-on leader with a strong track record of safety ownership and a zero-incident culture
