• •Accompany ambassadors in the field, providing mentorship and ongoing support.
• •Prepare reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and KPIs.
• •Supervise daily activities of ambassadors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• •Provide continuous training and development to improve team skills and competencies.
• •Plan and coordinate team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• •Maintain constant communication with other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize resources.
• •Conduct periodic performance analysis of the team and operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
• •Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality.
• •Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring timely communication about any issues affecting team operations.
• •Generate detailed reports on team results and performance.
• •Manage the receipt and delivery of cards, ensuring accurate inventory control to avoid shortages and guarantee continuous availability.
