You Will

  • β€’Provide first-touch for new trouble tickets submitted by our clients by email or phone.
  • β€’Own client communications for tickets as they pass through the ticketing system to resolution.
  • β€’Troubleshoot any and all technologies our clients use, including those which you have never seen before.
  • β€’Seek assistance from colleagues and experts to assist you with cases beyond your technical abilities.
  • β€’Proactively learn new technologies and train other staff members them.

You Ideally Have

  • β€’Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • β€’Specific knowledge of Windows and other Microsoft products.
  • β€’Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • β€’Experience writing documentation.
  • β€’Previous IT or call center experience.
  • β€’Strong skills in using analogies to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • β€’Understanding of Microsoft Azure, specifically Intune.

You Have

  • β€’A Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  • β€’2+ years of work experience in any field.
  • β€’Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • β€’Great phone personality.
  • β€’A solid understanding of the troubleshooting process.
  • β€’Ability to prioritize and triage incoming requests.
  • β€’A robust desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.
  • β€’Humility to ask for help when you’re in over your head.
  • β€’General familiarity with computers and modern operating systems.
  • β€’Ability to work from home (Quiet environment, reliable power, and internet).
  • β€’Ability to follow directions.
