Overview
We are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer with experience in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of AI language models to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. We are creating an autonomous traffic monetization infrastructure in Telegram based on AI. Our digital employees replace entire departments of manual operators for large teams.
What you'll do
- •Process incoming requests from clients in the Telegram support bot.
- •Configure and optimize prompt instructions for AI assistants for specific scenarios and sales verticals.
- •Quickly diagnose and resolve logical errors in dialogues.
- •Assist clients in setting up auto-follow-ups and scenarios in our no-code/low-code funnel builder.
- •Monitor the functionality of clients' Telegram sessions.
- •Filter platform bugs and create technical tasks for backend/frontend developers.
Conditions
- •Fully remote work format from anywhere in the world.
- •Paid internship (1 month): Schedule - 6/1 (Mon-Fri: from 10:00 to 19:00; Sat - from 10:00 to 14:00 MSK).
- •Schedule after the internship: 6/1 night shifts - weekends are only provided on weekdays in the middle of the week. Shift lasts 12 hours (from 22:00 to 10:00 MSK). During the shift, pure working time is 8 hours, but you must be available for all 12 hours.
- •Salary: $1000-1500 per month based on interview results (Payments on the 1st and 16th to BEP20 wallet).
