• •Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot sites and assets in the system.
• •Analyze telemetry and explain battery behavior and anomalies in installations.
• •Be the first line of contact for internal users of the Voltana platform.
• •Actively participate in shaping the QA strategy and tool selection for the Voltana platform.
• •Conduct manual tests ensuring system stability.
• •Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright.
• •Collaborate closely with the Software Engineering team to integrate shift-left approaches with CI/CD pipelines.
• •Stay updated with technical innovations and trends in testing and the energy sector.

• •Minimum of 160 hours of work per month.

• •4+ years of experience in support and test engineering, mainly in troubleshooting and manual testing, as well as automated testing in microservices systems.
• •Openness to expand knowledge in energy (renewable energy sources, battery energy storage systems, battery management systems, photovoltaics, or related fields).
• •Basic knowledge of test automation in Playwright and TypeScript.
• •Documented ability to diagnose and debug complex technical issues.
• •Ability to explain system operations to both technical and non-technical individuals.
