Requirements
- •At least 2 years of experience as an IT or business analyst;
- •Experience in gathering, formalizing customer requirements, and writing technical specifications for software and web services;
- •Citizenship of the Russian Federation and presence in the territory of the Russian Federation;
- •Knowledge of types, hierarchy, lifecycle of requirements, and methods for their identification (User Story, CJM);
- •Knowledge of process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, EPC, or others);
- •Experience in developing systems with integrations or components in Enterprise architecture;
- •SQL skills for writing queries with groupings, joins, and calculated fields;
- •Understanding of software lifecycle models (Waterfall, Agile/Lean - Scrum, Kanban);
- •Understanding of quality control and functional testing processes (test cases, scenarios);
- •Experience using collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence);
- •Excellent soft skills: systemic thinking, strong communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
