Panic Driven Development is seeking a Middle System Analyst to join their team. The role involves gathering and analyzing client requirements, modeling business processes, and designing system functionalities for their ITSM/Service Desk platform. We are Panic Driven Development. We recently emerged as a company, but we have long worked together on dozens of projects, overcoming various challenges and learning to understand each other without words. At some point, we decided to combine our experience and expertise in one place to create truly cool products. Our company provides custom development, outstaffing, design and prototyping, analytics and data work, technological support, testing, and quality services. For us, it is important to create scalable technological products that help businesses move forward. We quickly immerse ourselves in the project, build processes, and deliver results - this philosophy gave birth to our name - Panic Driven Development. What you'll do
- •Gather and analyze requirements from clients and the product team
- •Describe system functionality and prepare specifications for development
- •Model business processes (BPMN / UML)
- •Develop module functionalities (ticket management, service processes and workflows, knowledge base, IT asset management (CMDB), service catalog)
- •Design integrations with external systems (REST API)
- •Participate in testing and acceptance of implemented functionality
- •Interact with developers, designers, and testers
