Description

Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the IT service development strategy for the department;
  • •Define the technology stack and shape its development direction;
  • •Initiate and explore ideas for new products and services;
  • •Design high-level architecture for new services and improve existing solutions;
  • •Consult teams on complex architectural and technical issues;
  • •Ensure a comprehensive understanding and control of the current IT infrastructure of the department;
  • •Form and maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT landscape and the architecture of related services;
  • •Represent the IT department at strategic and management level meetings;
  • •Build effective interaction with related divisions (DevOps, Information Security, business customers);
  • •Participate in solving business tasks that require technical expertise;
  • •Act as a technical arbitrator in resolving contentious situations;
  • •Conduct technical interviews with candidates at Senior level and above;
  • •Develop technical competencies of engineers and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience as a system architect or technical leader with strong proficiency in Go;
  • •Deep understanding of microservices architecture principles and practical experience in its application, as well as experience in designing high-load and fault-tolerant systems;
  • •Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases;
  • •Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes;
  • •Understanding of information security principles and applying DevSecOps practices;
  • •Systemic thinking and ability to see architecture and processes as a whole;
  • •Developed communication skills and ability to argue your position effectively.
