What you'll do
- •Manage and improve our internal business systems and applications (Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Slack, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, etc.) used across the company.
- •Deploy and configure third-party applications with a keen focus on security, performance, redundancy, and user experience.
- •Work with Solution Engineers to identify business requirements and suggest service improvements according to company policies and directions.
- •Collaborate with vendors and delivery teams in the installation and deployment of new system functionalities and with the Network and Security teams as part of incident response.
- •Provide second-level support by managing incoming incidents, problems, and service requests in line with user needs, system functionality, and internal processes.
- •Identify and implement automation for recurring administrative tasks.
- •Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
- •Work with Managed Services Partners to manage the rollout of new software and services as required.
