What you'll do
- •Ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of company facilities.
- •Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, general building repairs, and support for facility systems.
- •Supervise external suppliers and contractors, ensuring building operations meet company standards.
- •Provide ongoing maintenance and support for company facilities, repairing minor defects in the building.
- •Monitor and maintain lighting in all assigned facilities as needed.
- •Perform minor plumbing repairs when necessary.
- •Conduct basic electrical work and determine when a specialized electrician is required.
- •Carry out basic cosmetic repairs, such as drywall and painting work.
- •Repair building hardware, such as doors and windows.
- •Assemble, disassemble, install, and repair furniture as required.
- •Transport goods or equipment as requested by the OOM.
- •Provide or organize support for building systems outside of business hours, according to company SLAs.
- •Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the OOM and Facilities Manager related to this position.
- •Act as the primary contact with suppliers (HVAC, UPS, and electrical rooms) and coordinate with the Tech Ops team to ensure operational continuity and compliance with technical standards.
