What you'll do
- •Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals
- •Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company
- •Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density
- •Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc.
- •Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics
- •Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches
- •Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. Drive or take part in Talent projects and initiatives
