## What you'll do

• •Manage 3–6 vacancies simultaneously (IT and related roles: marketing, BDM, accounts)
• •Conduct cold searches: Telegram, networking, and direct sourcing
• •Regularly interact with hiring managers, plan hiring for the quarter and year
• •Audit current vacancies and hiring processes
• •Set up metrics, automation, and referral program
• •Build and develop a talent pool
