Description
What you'll do
- •Coordinate work with external partners (agencies, providers, Employer Branding).
- •Manage contracting processes, invoices, and interactions with Finance and Procurement.
- •Administer referral programs: data collection, reporting, payments.
- •Support provider onboarding via RemotePass.
- •Participate in automation, process improvement, and integration projects.
- •Maintain documentation (SOP, process maps) and ensure data integrity.
- •Analyze recruitment data (ATS / HRIS / surveys) with People Insights.
- •Build reports and dashboards on key TA metrics.
- •Identify insights and propose process improvements.
- •Maintain regular reporting (management, PnC, etc.).

Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in recruitment / TA operations / HR operations.
- •Understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management.
- •Strong analytical and data skills.
- •Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus).
- •Experience with ATS / HRIS and reporting.
- •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (TA, Finance, Procurement).
- •Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
- •Fluent English.
