Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Join inDrive as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to coordinate partner work, manage contracts, and support recruitment processes in a hybrid role based in Kazakhstan.

## What you'll do

• •Coordinate work with external partners (agencies, providers, Employer Branding).
• •Manage contracting processes, invoices, and interactions with Finance and Procurement.
• •Administer referral programs: data collection, reporting, payments.
• •Support provider onboarding via RemotePass.
• •Participate in automation, process improvement, and integration projects.
• •Maintain documentation (SOP, process maps) and ensure data integrity.
• •Analyze recruitment data (ATS / HRIS / surveys) with People Insights.
• •Build reports and dashboards on key TA metrics.
• •Identify insights and propose process improvements.
• •Maintain regular reporting (management, PnC, etc.).

• •2+ years of experience in recruitment / TA operations / HR operations.
• •Understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management.
• •Strong analytical and data skills.
• •Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus).
• •Experience with ATS / HRIS and reporting.
• •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (TA, Finance, Procurement).
• •Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
• •Fluent English.
