Description

What you'll do

  • Coordinate work with external partners (agencies, providers, Employer Branding).
  • Manage contracting processes, invoices, and interactions with Finance and Procurement.
  • Administer referral programs: data collection, reporting, payments.
  • Support provider onboarding via RemotePass.
  • Participate in automation, process improvement, and integration projects.
  • Maintain documentation (SOP, process maps) and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze recruitment data (ATS / HRIS / surveys) with People Insights.
  • Build reports and dashboards on key TA metrics.
  • Identify insights and propose process improvements.
  • Maintain regular reporting (management, PnC, etc.).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment / TA operations / HR operations.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and data skills.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau a plus).
  • Experience with ATS / HRIS and reporting.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (TA, Finance, Procurement).
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English.
