What you'll do
- •Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience.
- •Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing), providing real-time market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends.
- •Build a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent, ensuring a ready-to-move pipeline for high-priority territories and roles.
- •Continuously iterate on recruiting processes, introducing creative and scalable solutions.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers.
- •Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks proactively.
