What you'll do

Requirements

- โขKnowledge of modern sourcing strategies and market mapping
- โขExperience with ATS/HR systems (Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- โขEnglish proficiency at C1 level
- โขStrong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- โขKnowledge of Russian is a plus
