What you'll do
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and vacancy closure
- •Build and develop a talent pipeline through various channels
- •Analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes
- •Advise hiring managers on interviews and candidate assessments
- •Ensure a positive candidate experience with personalized communication
- •Negotiate offers including salary, benefits, and conditions

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with full recruitment process management
- •Experience in recruiting for R&D, Data, Product, or related fields

- •Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and market mapping
- •Experience with ATS/HR systems (Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- •English proficiency at C1 level
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- •Knowledge of Russian is a plus
