Requirements

  • โ€ข3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with full recruitment process management
  • โ€ขExperience in recruiting for R&D, Data, Product, or related fields
  • โ€ขExperience with international markets and distributed teams
  • โ€ขUse of AI tools in recruitment for process optimization
  • โ€ขKnowledge of modern sourcing strategies and market mapping
  • โ€ขExperience with ATS/HR systems (Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
  • โ€ขEnglish proficiency at C1 level
  • โ€ขStrong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • โ€ขKnowledge of Russian is a plus
