What you'll do
- •Proactively attract, network with, and source the top decile of tech + non-tech talent in web3;
- •Own and strategize how to build a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for our toughest and most high impact searches;
- •Partner directly with our Founder and Engineering Leaders on market mapping, talent strategy, and hiring priorities;
- •Contribute to wider HR work, recruiting operations, tooling, and automation projects as we scale.
