What you'll do
- •Partner with managers to form hiring strategies and roadmaps
- •Influence hiring decisions in Tech, Marketing, Product, Program Management, etc.
- •Source and hire top international candidates
- •Develop employer brand and attract a strong talent pool
- •Manage full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer)
- •Work with global stakeholders and build trust

Requirements
- •2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools as a plus)
