What you'll do
- •Calendar Management: Manage calendars through effective prioritisation and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- •Global Travel Logistics: Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport e.g. booking meeting rooms and lunch/dinners. Build detailed, time-zone-accurate itineraries and provide real-time troubleshooting for travel disruptions.
- •Company Event Planning & Execution: Lead the logistics for internal events, including the mid-year update and Summit. Source venues, manage vendors, coordinate invitations, and oversee on-site execution within budget.
- •Financial Administration & Expense Auditing: Track, and submit executive expenses in strict compliance with policy and audit guidelines.
