• •Build and develop the affiliate team: hiring, training, motivation, control
• •Manage a team of 3-4 affiliate managers
• •Increase the number of foreign partners and scale traffic
• •Ensure service quality for webmasters and resolve disputes
• •Analyze traffic and optimize performance metrics
• •Participate in industry conferences and develop partnerships.
