Team Lead Content

Seeking a strong Team Lead to manage the content department, drive profit through content, and lead a team.

## What you'll do

• •Increase profit through effective content
• •Create content that leads to target actions
• •Manage the team (hiring, control, development)
• •Build and scale content processes
• •Develop and implement strategy for performance tasks
• •Test hypotheses and find effective solutions
• •Analyze metrics (ROMI, conversions, engagement) and enhance results
• •Adapt content for different audiences and geographies
