Responsibilities
- •Manage a team of Cross-Border Managers
- •Distribute deals and conduct weekly/daily meetings
- •Resolve complex and escalated payment cases
- •Control quality, timelines, and risks of operations
- •Establish payment regulations and processes
- •Work with banks, providers, and EMI
- •Maintain CRM and metrics (speed, errors, conversion)

Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in cross-border payments / fintech / banking / FX
- •2+ years of team management experience (team lead / mentor)
- •Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent accounts, AML/KYC/KYB
- •Analytical skills and structured thinking
- •Russian and English B2+
