Description
Responsibilities
- •Develop the team: conduct 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, assess performance, and support professional growth.
- •Formulate OKRs and goals, monitor their achievement, and conduct quarterly planning.
- •Enhance the use of AI agents and automation throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements
Requirements
- •Have at least 5 years of commercial development experience in PHP or Go, or be willing to actively learn these languages with strong skills in another programming language.
- •Have at least 2 years of experience leading a product development team.
- •Understand basic architectural principles: microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, queues, caches.
- •Set goals and achieve them through teamwork.
- •Argue decisions and communicate your opinions to colleagues.
- •Be interested in business metrics and feel like a co-owner of the product.
- •Share Avito's leadership competencies: driver, team player, co-owner.
- •Have worked with tools and technologies: Atlassian, DBaaS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PHP, Go, Vue.js.
