Team Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Lead

Seeking a Team Lead DevOps / Infrastructure Lead to manage infrastructure development, optimize operations, and lead a technical team at deeplay.

• •Manage the development and maintenance of infrastructure;
• •Conduct audits, identify risks, technical debt, and optimization points;
• •Formulate backlog and roadmap for development;
• •Reduce operational load through automation and systemic improvements;
• •Establish practices for technical decision-making and change management;
• •Develop the team, reduce bus factor, balance workload;

• •Experience managing a DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform team;
• •Experience with complex production infrastructure with a high cost of error;
• •Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and conflicting opinions;
• •Experience auditing infrastructure and formulating roadmaps;
• •Technical depth sufficient for substantive work with a strong engineering team;
• •Understanding the connection between technical decisions, risks, and cost efficiency.
