• •Form and develop a team of Influencer Marketing managers (hiring, onboarding, training)
• •Build strategy for working with streamers, bloggers, and KOLs in various markets
• •Control team pipeline: sourcing, negotiations, launching integrations
• •Set and track team KPIs (ROI, ROAS, CPA, FTD, NGR, etc.), analyze campaign effectiveness
• •Manage overall budget for the direction, allocate it among the team, and scale successful placements
