We are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer for a rapidly scaling Crypto team on Facebook.

A team that is rapidly scaling, already achieving results, and looking for a lead who will strengthen it.

## What you'll do

• •Build and structure a team of buyers from scratch
• •Execute campaigns and demonstrate results
• •Manage the team to achieve results
• •Engage in processes and improve them
• •Work with the creative team (copywriters, designers, developers)
• •Set tasks and test new strategies

## Conditions

• •Monthly payments (10th of the month, stable, in USDT)
• •Fixed salary plus percentage (negotiable, no cap)
• •Office/remote format as convenient
• •Adequate management without micromanagement

• •Experience in Crypto and Facebook
• •Experience as a team lead or a strong buyer with a desire to grow into a TL
