What you'll do
- •Develop and manage a complete ORM strategy: monitoring, response management, and proactive reputation building;
- •Lead and coordinate a team of ORM specialists: task management, prioritisation, quality control, and feedback;
- •Build internal processes from scratch: SOPs, response templates, communication standards, and guidelines;
- •Coordinate with PR, SMM, support, legal, and SEO teams to maintain a unified brand voice;
- •Monitor brand mentions across social media, forums, review platforms, media outlets, Reddit, Twitter/X, and other external communities;
- •Handle negative reviews, crisis communications, and reputation attacks;
- •Work with SERM: manage branded search results, promote positive content, and suppress harmful search visibility;
- •Prepare reports on sentiment trends, threats, and reputation performance.

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in ORM / reputation management;
- •Experience as a Team Lead or Senior ORM specialist;
- •Strong understanding of the financial/trading niche and reputational risks;
- •Hands-on experience with SERM and review platforms;
- •Experience with Brand Analytics, YouScan, Mention, Medialog, or similar tools;
- •Experience building internal processes and documentation;
- •Strong crisis communication and negative review handling skills;
- •Fluent Russian and good written English (B2 minimum);
- •Systematic thinking;
- •Stress resilience and decision-making under pressure;
- •Strong leadership and communication skills.
