MoraTechnology is seeking a Team Lead Python Developer to manage a team building a lightweight runtime component for a cloud security platform. Hybrid work format with a salary range of $5000 to $8000. 🏢 MoraTechnology is an outsourcing company that collaborates with top products in the market, taking care of HR support and creating comfortable conditions for engineers while you work directly on the client's product.
What you'll do
💻 Manage the team: own committed items, plan the roadmap, conduct sprint planning, and backlog analysis; 💻 Work closely with Product Managers and other R&D managers, synchronize priorities, and turn product goals into an executable plan; 💻 Make architectural and design decisions focusing on data correctness, stability of customer-facing API, multi-tenant isolation, and reliability of pipelines; 💻 Write clean code in critical areas; 💻 Own the end-to-end domain, including the DevOps part: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure on AWS, monitoring/alerting; 💻 Lead on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
