What you'll do
- •Lead and enhance compliance frameworks under MiFID II and MiCAR, including monitoring activities, risk assessments, and control structures.
- •Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance environment and a strong compliance culture.
- •Drive regulatory change initiatives, supervisory reviews, audits, and direct interactions with competent regulatory authorities.
- •Oversee market conduct and surveillance, including investor protection frameworks and market abuse monitoring.
- •Provide compliance-by-design advice for new products and business initiatives, partnering closely with Legal, Risk, Product, and Engineering.

Who you are
- •Experienced professional with 7+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, alongside a degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
- •Regulatory expert in MiCAR and MiFID II, with a strong advantage in market abuse prevention, trade surveillance, and market conduct controls.
- •Proven leader with a track record of managing compliance teams and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- •Skilled in oversight with hands-on experience in regulatory implementation, compliance monitoring, and supervisory interactions.
- •Pragmatic thinker who easily translates complex regulations into practical business solutions, with full fluency in English and German.
