Team Lead Video Production

We are looking for a Team Lead Video Production to manage our video production team and ensure the consistent release of high-quality video content.

• •Manage the video production team: distribute tasks, control workload, deadlines, and results;
• •Organize the full cycle of video production: idea → technical specification → preparation → shooting → editing → finished video;
• •Control the execution of the content plan and the volume of video content produced;
• •Check the quality of finished videos, provide feedback, and control revisions;
• •Work with actors, editors, screenwriters, and other specialists;
• •Create clear technical specifications for video production and control their execution;
• •Build and optimize processes within video production;
• •Monitor employee efficiency, identify problem areas, and find solutions;
• •Collaborate with Media Buying, SMM, and Sales teams;
• •Analyze the effectiveness of video content and propose new formats and hypotheses;
• •Participate in the selection, adaptation, and development of the video production team.

• •Experience in Content / Video Production in the Binary Options / Forex niches;
• •Team management experience of at least 1 year;
• •Understanding of the full cycle of video content production;
• •Experience working with content creators, UGC creators, editors, and other specialists;
• •Understanding the specifics of short vertical videos: Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts / UGC;
• •Ability to handle a large number of tasks and meet deadlines;
• •Strong organizational and management skills.
