Description

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขLead a team (up to 15 people - analysts and developers): recruitment, adaptation, motivation, and development of employees, task distribution, and deadline control;
  • โ€ขOrganize and optimize development processes: implement and adhere to Agile/Scrum practices, CI/CD;
  • โ€ขPlan team workload, estimate effort and deadlines for project tasks;
  • โ€ขEnsure adherence to development standards, participate in code reviews;
  • โ€ขManage the development lifecycle: from requirements gathering to deployment;
  • โ€ขMake key architectural decisions and design the technical structure of configurations;
  • โ€ขAnalyze and refactor the existing codebase to improve performance and scalability;
  • โ€ขDevelop integration architecture of 1C with external systems (Billing, etc.);
  • โ€ขInteract with product and project managers to form requirements, prioritize the backlog, and create project roadmaps.

Requirements

Requirements

  • โ€ข5+ years of development experience in 1C, with a deep understanding of the 1C platform and integrations (development of complex queries, accounting and operational registers, managed locks, multithreading, message brokers);
  • โ€ข3+ years of direct team leadership experience (from 5 people);
  • โ€ขKnowledge of solution design principles based on 1C products, ability to design scalable architecture;
  • โ€ขSuccessful experience in managing large automation projects based on 1C Document Management 2.0/3.0 + electronic document management systems Diadoc, SBIS;
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of the full software development cycle and experience in setting processes (estimation, planning, version control (Git), testing, release);
  • โ€ขAbility to read and analyze complex code, optimize performance;
  • โ€ขExperience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
  • โ€ขExperience with 1C: BP 3.0 and/or Uะฅ 3.1 is a plus;
  • โ€ขExperience with any MDM systems (management of regulatory reference information) is a plus.
