Overview

Responsibilities
- •Lead the development process of the team: decompose and assign tasks, control deadlines, allocate resources;
- •Participate in hiring developers: share expertise, mentor;
- •Design architecture and create implementation plans;
- •Independently solve technical tasks and write code;
- •Measure performance and seek new solutions for low-level storage devices;
- •Develop high-load services for our storage systems.
Requirements
- •Experience in development with C/C++/Go for at least 5 years;
- •Experience as a Tech Lead for at least 2 years - organizing team work according to modern trends, code review, task decomposition, working with backlog and technical debt;
- •Ability to grow and develop a team;
- •Designed, developed, and operated high-load distributed services;
- •Interested in cloud technologies and data storage technologies in particular and ready to study them in depth;
- •Experience with large clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Yandex Cloud) and Kubernetes is a plus.
