Tech Lead MLE

Sber is seeking a Tech Lead MLE for hybrid work in Moscow, focusing on ML/GenAI systems, technical leadership, and AI solution development.

## What you'll do

• •Lead technical architecture and design end-to-end ML/GenAI systems.
• •Make key technical decisions and conduct code reviews.
• •Mentor MLE, DS, and analysts.
• •Develop GenAI solutions and AI agents.
• •Integrate LLM into business processes.
• •Optimize latency, cost, and stability of LLM solutions.
• •Develop and support ML models, feature engineering, and A/B testing.
• •Implement AI solutions and build ML pipelines.

• •Technical leadership in code review and architectural decisions.
• •Proficiency in Python, SQL, and classical ML.
• •Experience with LLM/GenAI, RAG, and AI agents.
• •Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, REST/Async API.
• •Expertise in Apache Spark and data preparation for ML models.
