- •Commercial experience in NLP/LLM for at least 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years as a Technical Lead.
- •Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLM architecture, and retrieval-based systems (Transformers, Attention, RAG, SFT, LoRA/Adapters).
- •Proficient in Python and relevant stack: PyTorch, HuggingFace, sentence-transformers, LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex, FastAPI.
- •Practical experience in optimizing inference and integrating modern models (Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral).
- •Understanding of AI service scaling principles, caching, and distributed inference.
- •Excellent skills in business interaction and experience leading a product team.
- •Bonus: Experience building production-ready RAG systems based on PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / OpenSearch + vector engines.
- •Experience seamlessly integrating LLM with corporate banking systems and BI platforms.
- •Knowledge of monitoring tools for LLM performance (latency, quality, cost metrics).
