Overview
FunnelFox is seeking a Tech Lead (Python) to drive the technical development of their billing product, influencing product growth and architecture decisions in a fully remote role. FunnelFox is an AI platform for creating and optimizing web2app funnels for mobile applications. We transform funnel creation from manual screen assembly into an intelligent system that understands the product, audience, and monetization, generating the entire user journey from onboarding to paywall and upsell. We work with mobile-first products in education, fitness & wellness, and AI. FunnelFox has processed over $2B in revenue.
Responsibilities
- •Define the technical development of Billing and make key architectural decisions.
- •Collaborate with the product team to shape the roadmap, develop solutions, and influence product growth.
- •Enhance platform reliability, improve technical quality, and operational maturity of the product.
- •Remain hands-on, mentor engineers, and help the team grow.
Conditions
- •Full-time, fully remote (not in Belarus/Russia).
- •Work mainly in CET time zone, +/- a few hours.
- •Work through Deel as an independent contractor, USD.

Requirements
- •7+ years of commercial development experience in Python.
- •Experience in creating and developing large-scale payment/billing systems (preferably with a turnover of $50M+ per year).
- •Experience in operating production services, monitoring, and incident investigation.
- •Product mindset, high level of autonomy, and experience in technical leadership.
