What you'll do
- •Level 1 technical support for a rapidly growing office of a leading global trading firm
- •Assist with office management responsibilities and act as a local member of Jump’s global support organization
- •Occasional weekend and early/late night support for upgrades and user issues
- •Diagnose equipment, organize for safe disposal of equipment, order and take delivery of office equipment and office supplies
- •Carry out stock takes, maintain an orderly storeroom and workplace environment, update floor plan diagrams, carry out / coordinate office and desk moves
- •Assist in office facilities responsibilities supported by global team
- •Other duties as assigned or needed.
Conditions
- •This is a 6-month contract position expected to be onsite Monday-Friday.
