We are hiring a Technical Account Manager in LATAM who combines hands-on integration support with actively managing and caring for our most important partners.
You will be the day-to-day technical point of contact for top accounts, keeping their integrations healthy, acting as a bridge between our partners and internal teams.
## What you'll do
- •Manage top-tier accounts and align business goals with technical outcomes.
- •Help partners design, build, test, and launch integrations.
- •Track logs, metrics, and errors to catch issues early.
- •Collect and structure partner requests and inform internal prioritization.
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to unblock issues.
