Overview
Wynd Labs is seeking a Technical Chief of Staff to oversee operations and coordinate projects within their engineering organization. This remote full-time role offers a salary between $150k and $220k, focusing on AI and web data access. Wynd Labs is an early-stage startup that is on a mission to democratize the future of AI. Through our first product, Grass, we provide universal access to public web data, and a system where ordinary people can participate in the process - and share in the benefits. Grass is a network sharing application that allows users to share their unused bandwidth. Effectively, this is a residential proxy network that directly rewards individual residential IPs for the bandwidth they provide. Grass will route traffic equitably among its network and meter the amount of data that each node provides to fairly distribute rewards. In non-technical terms: Grass unlocks everyone's ability to earn rewards by simply sharing their unused internet bandwidth on personal devices (laptops, smartphones). What you'll do
- •Act as a bridge between management and engineers, ensuring clear communication.
- •Provide technical guidance and support to project teams when needed.
- •Troubleshooting engineering process issues, and optimizing the onboarding process for new team members.
- •Owning and maintaining our developer documentation, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and overall excellence.
- •Being a thought partner for our product roadmap by collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and customers, bringing insights and highlighting developer needs.
- •Contributing to newsletters, blog posts, and release notes to keep our audience informed about new features and product updates.
