Overview

Join RocketBrush Studio as a Technical Environment Artist (Unity) for a remote, part-time project role. Work on optimizing scenes for high concurrency scenarios in multiplayer environments. RocketBrush Studio is looking for a Technical Environment Artist to work remotely on exciting game development projects.

What you'll do

  • โ€ขExport assets to Unity, check their correctness, and assemble the scene in the engine;
  • โ€ขWork with a ready set of assets and rough blocking of the starting location;
  • โ€ขSet up terrain, textures, grass, trees;
  • โ€ขOptimize the scene for high-concurrency scenarios: thousands of players simultaneously on one map, with a special focus on optimizing vegetation;
  • โ€ขCreate and configure LODs;
  • โ€ขWork with draw calls, FPS, scene performance, and rendering stability;
  • โ€ขSearch for and fix visual and technical bugs in the scene;
  • โ€ขWrite shaders, editor tools, and runtime optimization scripts as needed;
