## What you'll do

• •Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet developers.
• •Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• •Define technical roadmap and drive sprint planning.
• •Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing P2P applications.
• •Perform regular code reviews and optimization initiatives.
• •Stay ahead of emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends.

• •6+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
• •Experience building and deploying crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.
• •Strong NodeJS and React Native development experience.
• •Good C++ development experience.
• •Experience in building P2P applications or distributed systems is desirable.
• •Solid grasp of software architecture principles.
• •Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
