Description
What you'll do
- •Lead and mentor a team of Backend and Wallet developers.
- •Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure wallets and reusable wallet libraries.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- •Define technical roadmap and drive sprint planning.
- •Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing P2P applications.
- •Perform regular code reviews and optimization initiatives.
- •Stay ahead of emerging Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends.
Requirements
- •6+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- •Experience building and deploying crypto wallets and DeFi protocols.
- •Strong NodeJS and React Native development experience.
- •Good C++ development experience.
- •Experience in building P2P applications or distributed systems is desirable.
- •Solid grasp of software architecture principles.
- •Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- •Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
