Technical Leader Go (Evolution IaaS)

We are looking for a Technical Leader in Go to design scalable network components, manage team tasks, and ensure high-quality software development.

• •Design architecture from scratch: scalable network component in Go, integration with SDN, compute, and API;
• •Choose technologies, build PoC, decompose tasks, conduct code reviews, ensure quality control;
• •Organize team work, distribute tasks, develop expertise, and train engineers;
• •Integrate with infrastructure (SDN, network plugins, service discovery, observability);
• •Constantly analyze bottlenecks, optimize performance, ensure fault tolerance, automate testing and deployment;
• •Interact with product managers, architecture, and operations;
• •Maintain and update technical documentation, resolve engineering conflicts, make key decisions.

• •Production experience in designing/developing network services, components interacting with routers, SDN controllers, or similar systems;
• •Expertise in networks: TCP/IP, L2/L3, routing, VPN, VLAN/VxLAN, tunneling, NAT, etc.;
• •Proficiency in Go at the production level: multithreading, microservices, optimization, RPC/gRPC, REST;
• •Experience in architecture and launching fault-tolerant distributed systems;
• •Leadership of engineering teams, code reviews, organizing CI/CD processes;
• •Experience integrating with public/private clouds, container infrastructure (K8S/CRI/OVS);
• •Knowledge of observability: metrics collection, logging, tracing.
