Requirements

- •Knowledge of basic mathematical statistics
- •Industrial experience in building regression and classification models
- •Experience in training gradient boosting models
- •Proficient in libraries: numpy, scikit-learn, pandas
- •Understand and explain how neural networks, MAC, LLM, and other AI tools work
- •Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- •Willingness to support others in their development
- •Understand the difference between 'checking homework' and 'teaching to think'
Will be a plus:
- •Mentoring, teaching, or team leading experience
- •Participation in Computer Vision and RecSys projects
- •Participation in hackathons
- •Involvement in open-source/pet projects
- •Desire to help develop the program
