What you'll do
- •Manage team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide feedback to team.
- •Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of technical experts.
- •Conduct professional staff hiring & development.
- •Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- •Foster collaboration with IT, Video, Audio, Equipment Support, Studio Engineering, R&D and Internal Production teams.
- •Lead the strategic planning and execution of technical infrastructure.
- •Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and deployment of broadcast equipment.
- •Implement and oversee adherence to relevant systems and control department flow.
- •Monitor and manage the environmental conditions of technical spaces.
- •Implement and refine workflows to optimize the utilization of technical resources.
- •Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, standards, and emerging technologies.
- •Develop and implement robust contingency plans for technical failures or emergencies.
- •Evaluate tight collaboration with procurement & logistics teams.
- •Ensure team of professionals and technical experts are equipped with tools and materials required.
- •Perform other duties as asked by the manager.
