Technical Program Manager

Join Coinbase as a Technical Program Manager to lead access operations and permissions governance for internal tools, driving security remediation and collaborating with engineering on feature launches. • •Own access operations end-to-end, including group administration, role and persona mapping, approval routing, and access triage for internal teams.
• •Drive security remediation programs, moving user access toward least-privilege models through RBAC controls and mitigating high-risk user access.
• •Partner with product and engineering to translate new feature launches into permission models, entitlement updates, and operational readiness plans.
• •Author and maintain runbooks, access matrices, and support documentation that enable internal teams to self-serve and reduce repeat access requests.
• •Identify tooling and process gaps in access operations and convert them into structured engineering or operational work items with clear scope, priority, and measurable targets.

• •Base salary varies by location, with a range of $130,900 — $154,000 USD.
• •Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
