Technical Program Manager (Energy Storage)

Execute on energy infrastructure engineering programs, with an initial focus on energy storage and power systems supporting data center infrastructure. Establish and maintain program structure by translating complex technical work into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes. Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams, external partners, and company leadership. Establish and maintain operating mechanisms, documentation standards, knowledge management and program tracking systems. Support commissioning, energization readiness, and post-deployment continuous improvement efforts by identifying and resolving blockers. Create and maintain clear visibility into the plan of record status, risks, dependencies, priorities, and strategic recommendations. Lead issue resolution and escalation management across technical and organizational boundaries. Capture lessons learned and institutional knowledge to improve execution across current and future infrastructure deployments. Support long-term infrastructure strategy by developing scalable processes that enable rapid growth.

Position is subject to pre-employment and annual post-employment background checks. Comfortable working in an environment requiring exposure to noise and industrial conditions.
