• •Own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organization-wide rollout.
• •Act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making.
• •Turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward.
• •Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies.
• •Create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments.
• •Bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the future of Cursor.

• •Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity.
• •Strong customer-facing skills and a track record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders.
• •Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers.
• •Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction.
• •Bias toward action and a willingness to dive in wherever needed to help customers succeed.
• •Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management.
