What you'll do
- •Track active engineering projects and maintain Linear organization across all initiatives
- •Follow up on blockers across product, design, backend, mobile, and web teams
- •Write lightweight status updates that keep everyone aligned without creating bureaucracy
- •Facilitate coordination between engineering teams to prevent duplicate work and missed dependencies
- •Identify when projects are slipping and proactively pull in the right people to get them back on track
- •Sit in engineering conversations and escalate technical decisions to appropriate stakeholders
- •Transform daily chaos into clear next steps and ownership assignments
