Description
What you'll do
- •Lead the full cycle of technical recruitment
- •Close vacancies for Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, QA, Data, and AI roles
- •Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and professional communities for candidate sourcing
- •Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
- •Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- •Manage the offer process
- •Handle 5-10 vacancies simultaneously, balancing quality and speed of hiring
- •Improve candidate experience at all stages of recruitment
- •Maintain ATS and analyze recruitment metrics
- •Build talent pools for future vacancies
- •Participate in employer brand development
Conditions
- •Long-term contract with Qatar Insurance Company
- •3-month probation period
- •International distributed team from 25+ countries
- •Payments in USD via SWIFT
- •Fully remote work format
- •Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, GMT+3
- •20 days of vacation and 10 sick days
- •Performance review twice a year with the possibility of compensation review
- •Opportunity to obtain Qatar ID and relocate to Doha, Qatar
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- •Successful experience in closing Middle and Senior engineering positions
- •Experience in international recruitment, preferably in the MENA region
- •Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean Search
- •Basic technical literacy and understanding of IT profiles
- •Experience with ATS systems (Huntflow, Teamtailor, or similar)
- •Data-driven approach to recruitment
- •High level of autonomy
- •English language proficiency from B2 and above
