Description

What you'll do

  • •Lead the full cycle of technical recruitment
  • •Close vacancies for Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Security, QA, Data, and AI roles
  • •Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and professional communities for candidate sourcing
  • •Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
  • •Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
  • •Manage the offer process
  • •Handle 5-10 vacancies simultaneously, balancing quality and speed of hiring
  • •Improve candidate experience at all stages of recruitment
  • •Maintain ATS and analyze recruitment metrics
  • •Build talent pools for future vacancies
  • •Participate in employer brand development

Conditions

  • •Long-term contract with Qatar Insurance Company
  • •3-month probation period
  • •International distributed team from 25+ countries
  • •Payments in USD via SWIFT
  • •Fully remote work format
  • •Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, GMT+3

Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • •Successful experience in closing Middle and Senior engineering positions
  • •Experience in international recruitment, preferably in the MENA region
  • •Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean Search
  • •Basic technical literacy and understanding of IT profiles
  • •Experience with ATS systems (Huntflow, Teamtailor, or similar)
  • •Data-driven approach to recruitment
  • •High level of autonomy
  • •English language proficiency from B2 and above
