What you'll do

  • โ€ขHave handled customer support in a technical capacity.
  • โ€ขWorked on a remote team of 5-10 people.
  • โ€ขWritten scripts to figure out why some technical thing is not working.
  • โ€ขManaged refunds, credits and charges in Stripe.
  • โ€ขLead a customer support team in a technical capacity.
